 For networks of less than 5 systems & No Server 

  • 4 Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Visits (one hour at each visit)

  • Network Mapping & Diagramming

  • Support Documentation

  • Unlimited Telephone Support

  Gold Level

 For networks of 5-19 systems with or without a server 

  • 4 Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Visits (one hour at each visit)

  • 20 Free Onsite Service Units (reference the service unit breakdown)

  • Tier 3 Pricing

  • Network Mapping & Diagramming

  • Support Documentation

  • Unlimited Telephone Support

  • Remote Dial-In Support¹

 

 

  Platinum Level

 For networks of greater than 20 systems with 1 or more servers 

  • 4 Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Visits (one hour at each visit)

  • 40 Free Onsite Service Units (reference the service unit breakdown)

  • Tier 3 Pricing

  • Network Mapping & Diagramming

  • Support Documentation

  • Unlimited Telephone Support

  • Remote Dial-In Support¹

 

An onsite visit will be required to inventory equipment to be covered. There will be $50 fee for this visit, which may be waived once a contract is signed.

 ¹The purchase of additional software or hardware may be required.
